Sean Seyfried Guides: How to Shop on Shopbop

Imagine this: You just had a terrible break up with your 'Prince Charming' you've dated for circa two years. You thought that there was a spark, an elevation from to-be to meant-to-be, when you guys saw an apartment together in the Upper East Side just last week. But he did something horrendous, almost repulsive. He cheated on you. You cried for hours that lasted for days and weeks. You were compelled to find for an alternative to vent your frustration and pour your sadness on. And instead of doing the commonly known aka binge eating because you'd still want to fit into your size zeroes, you've decided to do the next best option: shopping. But your eyes are vermillion and sore and you broke all your Chanel and Dior and Oliver People's sunglasses because whilst you were in that messy disorientation, you took anger upon and only your sunglasses. You're now in a deeper dilemma. You thought: "What's my resolution now?"

If you can't relate to that, perhaps try this: You saw that, let's say Alexander Wang, Zebra laser-cut trousers during it's emergence in Spring 2014 runway. You flew down to your nearest store immediately during its launch just to grab that particular piece. You marched proudly towards the store, boobs up, chin down and eyes front that gave that intent pierce, hinting that you'll kill any bitch who is in your way. You entered the store and jubilantly asked, in the utmost polite manner you've ever done since you were five when your mum made you mention the words 'please' and 'thank you', "May I have that laser cut out pants, please?" You used the please card. "It's out of stocks worldwide," the salesgirl remarked sarcastically. You were baffled, stunned at the rapid dematerializing of that pants and raging inside at that b*tch. But all you can think of was, "How am I going to get that pants for summer?"

The answer to both is: Online shopping.

When it comes to online shopping, there's an array of websites that I could list (which would then lead me to filling up an entire notebook), but the one that stood out was Shopbop. Basically, it's hassle free and all taxes and shipping fees are automatically compounded upon check out. And the best part, FREE international shipping is provided if you were unable to have control over your limbs and spend above a hundred bucks! How good is that???

So was it because of its hasty and hassle-free mode of payment, or its minimalistic and succinct packaging in hues or orange and alabaster that intrigued me?

I believe it's both. And it really is both.

If you're new to online shopping (or perhaps new to Shopbop) and you're really destitute to possess that pants for summer, or you need to get over that bad break-up, you could try my first guide (for dummies like me): How to shop on Shopbop.

1) Turn you computer on. Really, do that! Make sure the power is on. If you're not with your computer right this moment, find one. Borrow one, or steal one. Lol, jk, let's not steal here

2) Open Safari, or your website portal.

3) Type www.shopbop.com on your search list. Or you can click here.

4) Sign up for an account! If you are a member, then log in.

5) Search for your favourite designer/desired item! In my case it was Phillip Lim.

6) This is the best part: Add to cart!!!!

7) Once you're done, proceed to your cart.

8) Worse part: Payment...

9) Wait for a few days for the item to arrive!

10) When it arrives, scream!

11) Remember to scream 'OMG!' too when you check your bank balance.

P/S: Do I look like Carrie Bradshaw emulating her writing over here at the opening picture?
